We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dentosupply.

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• To start a return, please contact us at: sales@dentosupply.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions

• For hygiene and safety, some consumable products cannot be returned if opened (e.g., gloves, impression materials, whitening kits).
• Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in full.
