Technology & Working Principle
Cavitation Effect: Millions of microscopic gas bubbles form and collapse, producing powerful cleaning forces that loosen and remove debris.
Acoustic Streaming: High-frequency ultrasonic waves generate a steady fluid flow that improves irrigate movement and disrupts bacterial biofilm.

Operation Protocol
1. Prepare the root canal with shaping instruments.

2. Fill the canal with the chosen irrigation solution (never operate Ultra X dry).

3. Select the desired Ultra X tip length and size, 2–3 mm short of apex.

4. Activate using short vertical strokes for ~30 seconds.

5. Avoid applying force; let ultrasonic energy do the work.

6. Replenish irrigation solution and repeat 4–5 cycles as needed.

7. Dry the canal and proceed with obturation.

Always isolate the tooth using a rubber dam and appropriate protective barriers.
